Straw and Pearce were experiencing a variety of network issues that we resolved by correctly configuring old switches. We replaced the traditional phone system and office handsets with brand new Cisco apparatus whose clever features improved connectivity and communication, including call reporting, CLI presentation, seamless connection to their Hinckley branch and email notification of voicemails. They were also moved to our own resilient hosted telephony platform, eliminating the need for various lines, and saved them just under £3,000.
Arden Group now provides IT Support to all staff, as well as support to Straw and Pearce’s server. The next step sees the company migrating to Office 365 for email, connecting contacts and calendars from any device.
